Brief
The procurement is for a ticket sales and event management system solution for the National Museum of Finland, which is part of the National Board of Antiquities. The procurement includes the design and implementation of a new ticket sales and event management solution, necessary integrations with other systems, further development, and support and maintenance services (collectively referred to as 'Service'). The system solution must be based on a ready-made software product from the provider. The offered Service must be a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, delivered and maintained by the provider. The Service must be accessible online and should not require the procurement unit to maintain its own servers or infrastructure, nor should it require vendor-dependent hardware purchases. The contract with the selected supplier will be made for an indefinite period. The content of the Service includes: 1. Joint planning with the procurement unit regarding the implementation of the Service a. Defining the scope and requirements of the project b. Defining the needs and use cases of internal users c. Defining customer journeys 2. Technical implementation of the solution a. Configurations, permissions, and other necessary technical work b. UI and UX design and implementation c. Planning and implementation of integrations - Paytrail (Suomi.fi) payment - Tehden cash register system - Hailer software production and resource management system d. Importing ticket product data (if possible) 3. Service implementation and training a. Implementation workshops or similar b. Training and documentation preparation 4. Ongoing services as an indefinite service a. Maintenance of the implemented solution b. Technical support for the solution 5. Further development of the Service as separately agreed Options and expansion of Service usage 1. Ticket sales devices 2. Expansion of the solution's use to potential new museum sites of the procurement unit 3. Expansion of the solution to include other services or additional features offered by the provider 4.
