Compact City Cars Procurement 2025-2027

This procurement framework is focused on acquiring compact city cars and related services as defined in the framework agreement and its annexes. The contract period is two (2) years, with the option for Hansel to extend the framework agreement for an additional two (2) years under the same terms. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between €6,500,000 and €9,000,000 (excluding VAT), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €9,000,000 (excluding VAT). These figures are based on information provided by participating clients regarding the use of the framework agreement. It is anticipated that the majority of the procurement value during the contract period will come from welfare areas. Determining the monetary value of the procurements is complicated by the presence of clients within the budgetary framework, whose initially allocated funds may experience unforeseen changes during the framework agreement period. Additionally, estimating the price development of cars is challenging. Approximately 98% of the estimated total value (excluding VAT) is expected to come from the cars themselves, while about 2% will be for factory-installed accessories and equipment services. The share of other services included in the estimated total value is expected to be very minimal.
