Finland – Motor Vehicles – Street and Off-Road Patrol Vehicles 2025-2027 (2029)

PURCHASE OBJECT This framework agreement concerns street and off-road patrol vehicles and related services as defined in the framework agreement and its annexes. The procurement object is described in more detail in the request for proposals and its annexes, particularly in Annex 1 "Procurement Object". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for an additional period of up to two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 8,000,000 and 11,500,000 euros (excluding VAT), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 11,500,000 euros (excluding VAT). These figures are based on information provided by the participating customers regarding the use of the framework agreement. It is estimated that the procurements made under this framework agreement will be distributed during the contract period such that the largest customer in terms of euro value will be the Police Administration. The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that among the customers participating in the framework agreement are budgetary customers, whose initially allocated funds for procurements may undergo unforeseen, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period. The determination of the euro value of the procurements is also complicated by the difficulty in estimating the price development of the vehicles. Approximately 94% of the estimated total value excluding VAT is expected to come from vehicles, and about 6% from factory-installed accessories and equipment installed in connection with the vehicle outfitting service. The share of other services included in the procurement object is estimated to be very minimal.
