Natural Risk Protection Services – Maintenance of Watercourses in Dębem

This contract involves the maintenance of watercourses located in areas managed by the Water Management Authority in Dębem. The contractor is required to ensure environmental supervision before or on the day of starting maintenance activities. This includes assessing the area for the presence of protected animal nests and protected plant species. Environmental supervision must comply with applicable laws, particularly the Nature Conservation Act and the Environmental Protection Law. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 1, which includes individual descriptions, location maps, work estimates, and a common attachment for all parts titled 'Best Practices for Contractors'. Before starting work, the contractor must familiarize themselves with the 'Catalog of Best Practices' relevant to the tasks being performed. Eligible contractors must demonstrate technical or professional capacity, including experience in maintaining natural watercourses or channels, and must have at least one person qualified for environmental supervision. The contractor must remain bound by their offer until September 13, 2025.
