Medical Supplies for Surgical Clinic

This procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies for the Surgical Clinic at "Sveta Anna" University Hospital in Sofia, Bulgaria. Suppliers are required to respond to written requests based on the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 12 months, with periodic deliveries based on the hospital's needs. Delivery times should be proposed by the supplier but must not exceed 24 hours from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 39 distinct lots, some of which have sub-lots. Bids can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Participation in a specific lot is comprehensive, meaning suppliers must cover all sub-lots within that lot. Suppliers who do not cover all sub-lots will be disqualified from that lot. Each supplier may submit only one bid according to the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The offered medical devices and supplies must meet the parameters specified by the contracting authority. Each technical proposal must include the following documents: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number, demonstrating compliance with the contracting authority's requirements. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of bid submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the supplier the right to sell their products. If the authorization letter is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
