Medical Supplies for Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic

This procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies for the Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic at St. Anna University Hospital in Sofia. Suppliers are required to respond to written requests based on the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 24 months, with periodic deliveries based on the buyer's needs. Delivery times should be proposed by the supplier but must not exceed 24 hours from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 50 distinct lots, and suppliers can submit offers for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Each supplier must submit only one offer in accordance with the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The medical devices and supplies offered must meet the parameters specified by the buyer. Each technical proposal must include: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number to demonstrate compliance with the buyer's requirements. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of the offer submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the supplier the right to trade their products. If the authorization letter is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
