Medical Supplies for Orthopedic Clinic

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies for the Orthopedic and Traumatology Clinic at "Sveta Anna" University Hospital in Sofia. Suppliers are required to respond to written requests based on the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 24 months, with periodic deliveries based on the hospital's needs. Delivery times should be proposed by the supplier but must not exceed 24 hours from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 79 distinct lots, and suppliers can submit offers for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Each supplier must submit only one offer according to the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The offered medical devices and supplies must meet the parameters specified by the hospital. Each technical proposal must include: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number to demonstrate compliance with the hospital's requirements. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of the offer submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the supplier the right to trade their products. If the authorization is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
