Wastewater Pump Procurement in Hungary

The contracting authority is initiating a procurement process for the acquisition of wastewater pumps, identified by the participation announcement number 2024/S 249-787461 (EKR002343802024). This procurement is being conducted under the framework of a public procurement procedure as a public service provider. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of wastewater pumps for GFT. Detailed information can be found in the procurement documents. The bidding phase will be conducted separately for each contracting authority, and only those authorities with procurement needs will participate. The ALFÖLDVÍZ Regional Water Utility Company will act as the managing company. As a result of the bidding phase, the contract will be signed by the contracting authority specified in this phase. Joint contracting authorities may, if justified, implement procurement needs through separate calls for bids, considering the delivery locations. This means that the contracting authority is not obliged to procure all products specified in the framework agreement through a single call for bids. The bidding phases can also be conducted separately for each contracting authority, and not all contracting authorities need to participate. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into either individual contracts or framework agreements as a result of the bidding phases. The contracting authority does not specify optional quantities in this participation announcement but reserves the right to address options or quantity variations in the bidding phases. The contracting authority also reserves the right to initiate multiple parallel bidding phases. The requirements and conditions regarding the suitability of the products to be procured, as well as the supporting documents, will be defined by the contracting authority in the second bidding phase. Bidders must submit the documents and declarations specified in the procurement documents and technical description issued in the bidding phase. The contracting authority reserves the right to have the pumps undergo inspection after receipt. The inspection process and the handling of defective pumps will be defined in the bidding phases. Any deviation from the quality parameters specified in the Technical Description will be considered a breach of contract. Further details are included in the procurement documents.
