Ireland – Gelato and Sorbet Production Equipment Supply and Installation

Alexander Kuzminov trading as Nice Ice Cream (NOBLE brand) seeks qualified suppliers to deliver, install, and commission equipment for expanding and modernising an artisan gelato and sorbet production facility in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, Ireland. This procurement is divided into four independent lots that may be tendered separately or together: (1) gelato production, fruit and berry processing, and blast freezing equipment; (2) three professional refrigerated gelato service carts for fixed-position operation; (3) chocolate and premium ingredient processing equipment including a melanger/refiner, automatic tempering machine with vibrating table, chocolate melter, and cocoa-butter crystallisation unit; and (4) a modular walk-in freezer room with -25°C storage capacity. Suppliers may bid for one, multiple, or all lots. All pricing must be complete and inclusive of equipment, accessories, freight, unloading, positioning, installation, connections, commissioning, operator training, documentation, warranty, and after-sales support in Ireland. Equivalent solutions meeting functional and mandatory requirements are acceptable. Suppliers must clearly define any purchaser-provided utilities, building works, and their installation scope boundaries. Submissions must be made through eTenders facilities. The project is eligible for LEADER funding, and contract formation is contingent upon funding approval, grant permissions, and written purchaser authorisation as detailed in the Request for Tender documentation.
