Ireland – Gelato Production and Refrigeration Equipment Supply and Installation

Alexander Kuzminov, trading as Nice Ice Cream under the NOBLE brand, is seeking suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment to expand and modernize an artisan gelato and sorbet production facility in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, Ireland. This procurement is divided into four independent lots that can be tendered separately or together: Lot 1 covers gelato production, fruit and berry processing, and blast freezing equipment; Lot 2 includes three professional refrigerated gelato service carts for fixed-position service; Lot 3 comprises chocolate and premium ingredient processing equipment including a melanger/refiner, automatic tempering machine with vibrating table, chocolate melter, and cocoa-butter crystallization unit; and Lot 4 provides a modular walk-in freezer room with -25°C storage capacity. Suppliers may submit tenders for one or more lots, with each lot evaluated independently. Equivalent solutions meeting functional and mandatory requirements are acceptable. All prices must be all-inclusive, covering equipment, mandatory accessories, freight, unloading, positioning, installation, equipment connections, commissioning, operator training, conformity documentation, warranty, and after-sales support in Ireland. Suppliers must clearly identify any purchaser-provided utilities or building works and define installation boundaries. The project is proposed for LEADER funding assistance, and contract formation is subject to funding approval and the purchaser's written authorization as detailed in the Request for Tender documentation.
