Surveyor Services for Multi-Site Property Acquisitions and Estate Management

NESO is seeking a qualified surveyor to provide comprehensive support for property acquisitions and ongoing estate management over a 5-year period (with initial 3-year term plus two optional 1-year extensions). The surveyor will support the acquisition of multiple properties across the UK, including a corporate headquarters, an operational facility, and up to eight regional offices in locations such as Glasgow and Cardiff. Beyond acquisitions, the successful surveyor will also deliver ongoing estate support services, including business rates assessments and management of existing sites. This is a single-agent appointment offering the selected surveyor the opportunity to develop a long-term partnership with NESO.
