Romania – Police Uniforms – Framework Agreement for Student Equipment

This is a framework agreement for the supply of police uniforms for students at the Police Academy. The contract includes the following lots: Lot 1 - Winter Training Shoes (Men/Women), Lot 2 - Sweaters (Men/Women), Lot 3 - Training Jackets (Men/Women), Lot 4 - Training Suits (Men/Women). The contracts will be awarded based on budget availability and the number of suppliers involved. A minimum of one contract will be awarded for each of the following periods: January 2026 – April 2026, May 2026 – December 2026, January 2027 – April 2027, and May 2027 – January 2028, with the possibility of extension if the maximum quantity of the framework agreement has not been reached. These products are essential for providing uniforms to students in police training, as outlined in the specifications document no. 604950/01.10.2025. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests clearly and completely 11 days before the submission deadline.
