Brief
This framework agreement is for the supply of various food products across 46 different lots. The lots include: Lot 1 = sunflower oil, Lot 2 = olive oil, Lot 3 = mustard (sweet/spicy), Lot 4 = bulk sugar, Lot 5 = white flour, Lot 6 = hulled rice, Lot 7 = cornmeal, Lot 8 = semolina, Lot 9 = dried beans, Lot 10 = olives, Lot 11 = onions, Lot 12 = carrots, Lot 13 = root vegetables (parsley, parsnip, celery), Lot 14 = tomatoes, Lot 15 = bell peppers, Lot 16 = cucumbers, Lot 17 = fresh cabbage, Lot 18 = leafy greens, Lot 19 = potatoes, Lot 20 = green beans, Lot 21 = mixed frozen vegetables, Lot 22 = vegetables for soups, Lot 23 = tomatoes in sauce, Lot 24 = canned vegetables - peas, Lot 25 = pickles (green tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), Lot 26 = enhancers, Lot 27 = natural coffee, Lot 28 = instant borscht, Lot 29 = apples, Lot 30 = pears, Lot 31 = nectarines, Lot 32 = plums, Lot 33 = bananas, Lot 34 = peaches, Lot 35 = apricots, Lot 36 = lemons, Lot 37 = oranges, Lot 38 = mandarins, Lot 39 = clementines, Lot 40 = chocolate (milk, plain, white), Lot 41 = biscuits, Lot 42 = natural juice (oranges, apples, sour cherries), Lot 43 = jarred plum jam, Lot 44 = assorted portioned jams, Lot 45 = honey, Lot 46 = tea (strawberry, raspberry, forest fruits, chamomile, mint). Contracts will be awarded based on budget availability and needs, with at least one subsequent contract for each of the following periods: July 2024 - December 31, 2024 (lots 1-46); January 2025 - April 30, 2025 (lots 1-46); May 2025 - December 31, 2025 (lots 1-46); January 2026 - April 30, 2026 (lots 1-46); May 2026 - July 1, 2026 (lots 1-46), with the possibility of extension until December 31, 2026, if the maximum quantity of the framework agreement has not been reached, based on the number of students to be educated. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
