Medical Supplies for Electrophysiological Interventions

This procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies for diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiological interventions at "Saint Anna" University Hospital in Sofia. Suppliers are required to provide these items based on written requests, following the specifications outlined in the procurement documentation. The contract duration is 12 months, with periodic deliveries based on the hospital's needs. Delivery times should not exceed 3 calendar days from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 88 distinct lots, some of which have sub-lots. Bids can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Participation in a specific lot is comprehensive, meaning suppliers must cover all sub-lots within that lot. Suppliers who do not cover all sub-lots will be disqualified from that lot. Each supplier may submit only one bid according to the conditions specified in the documentation. The offered medical devices and supplies must meet the parameters set in the specifications provided by the contracting authority. Each technical proposal must include the following documents: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number, demonstrating compliance with the requirements outlined in the technical specifications. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of bid submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the supplier the right to trade their products. If the letter is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
