Vehicle Insurance Procurement for Banskobystrický Self-Governing Region

This contract involves providing services for comprehensive vehicle insurance and mandatory liability insurance for damages caused by the operation of vehicles owned and/or held by the Banskobystrický Self-Governing Region (BBSK) and organizations under its jurisdiction. The insurance covers: • damages from accidents, theft, natural disasters, and vandalism, • windshield insurance, luggage insurance, and personal accident insurance for individuals in the vehicle, • provision of assistance services, • compensation for health damages, property damages, lost profits, and legal representation costs under mandatory liability insurance. The insurance applies to damage events throughout Europe (comprehensive insurance) and in Slovakia and countries with mutual claims settlement agreements (mandatory liability insurance). The number of insured vehicles may change based on the current needs of the policyholder.
