Construction Work Contract for Building Projects

This contract involves the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for procuring construction work and related services. These services include repairs and maintenance of buildings, assembly of structures, roofing, sewage work, building remediation and demolition, window replacement, and more. The DPS will focus on construction work related to buildings, categorized under the procurement vocabulary group 45000000-7 – construction work as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV). Detailed specifications, scope, and additional information will be provided in individual calls within the established DPS. The goal of creating this dynamic purchasing system is to allow the public procurer to flexibly issue contracts according to their current needs, in compliance with public procurement regulations. Each call or partial contract will include all necessary information for processing bids, such as evaluation criteria, rules for bid assessment, specific scope of work, detailed specifications, exact locations for the work, requirements for socially responsible public procurement, and information about co-financing from European Union funds.
