Supply of Natural Gas and Electricity for Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region

The public contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system to procure natural gas and electricity for the Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region Office and other entities specified in the tender documents. This includes the provision of transportation, distribution, structuring, and responsibility for deviations at all delivery points. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into two categories: Category 1: 'Supply of Natural Gas' and Category 2: 'Supply of Electricity'. The contracting authority acts as a central purchasing organization for the following entities: - Banská Bystrica Regional Road Administration, a.s., - Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region Development Agency, n.o., - legal entities established or created by the public contracting authority for the specific purpose of fulfilling public interest needs, which are not industrial or commercial in nature and are fully or mostly financed by the public contracting authority. Framework agreements concluded under this dynamic purchasing system will be executed in the territory of the Banská Bystrica Region. Generally, the contracting authority will require the supply of natural gas/electricity for the Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region Office or other organizations under its jurisdiction, which will be specified in the relevant partial call.
