The contract involves the supply of 3000 kg of mineral-based mono-calcium phosphate for animal feed, packaged in bags of 25-30 kg each. The specifications for the phosphate include: - Minimum phosphorus content of 22.5% - Minimum phosphorus soluble in 0.4% HCl of 20.0% - Fluoride content less than 0.2% - Arsenic content less than 0.001% - Lead content less than 0.002% - Cadmium content less than 0.001% - Mercury content less than 0.00001% The total weight of the pallet with bags should not exceed 1000 kg. The VAT rate applies according to the category of animal feed as classified in the Combined Nomenclature (CN) codes listed in Annex 10 of the VAT Act. The buyer is a taxpayer of agricultural tax and will use the purchased product for its own needs.
