Seminar Venue Contract for Cultural Programs in Germany (2026-2029)

This contract seeks a suitable venue for seminars and events related to the kulturweit program, which is an international educational initiative by the German UNESCO Commission. The selected venue will host preparation and follow-up seminars for outgoing participants, as well as incoming preparation seminars and potentially one alumni event each year. Since 2009, kulturweit has allowed young people from Germany to engage in a voluntary social year within the international network of foreign cultural and educational policy. Since 2015, it has also welcomed international participants to learn about educational and cultural institutions in Germany. The venue must accommodate all participants, staff, and partners, providing full board and lodging, as well as adequate working, meeting, and leisure spaces. The venue should be located no more than 70 km from Berlin Central Station, with a maximum travel time of 2 hours by public transport. The contract will last for four years, starting from January 1, 2026, and ending by December 31, 2029, with a maximum call-off volume of €1,750,000 (net).
