Medical Supplies for Neurovascular Surgery Department

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies for the Neurovascular Surgery Department at the University Hospital "Saint Anna" in Sofia. Suppliers are required to provide these items based on written requests according to the specifications included in the participation documentation. The contract duration is from the award date until July 30, 2027, with periodic deliveries based on the buyer's needs. Delivery times should be proposed by the supplier but must not exceed 3 calendar days from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 27 distinct lots, and offers can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Each participant must submit only one offer in accordance with the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The medical devices and supplies offered must meet the parameters specified in the buyer's technical specifications. Each participant must include the following documents with their technical proposal: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number, demonstrating compliance with the buyer's requirements. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of offer submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the participant the right to trade their products. If the letter is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
