Internet Services - Drupal Specialist

This procurement opportunity aims to select a provider for essential services related to the maintenance and management of a website. The services include daily upkeep, monitoring, and further development of the website, as well as supporting the organization in the development, optimization, and implementation of Drupal solutions. These efforts are intended to create a high-quality digital customer experience for all target groups, ultimately maximizing conversion rates. Conversion is broadly defined, ranging from easily finding relevant information to successfully enrolling in studies, courses, or other services. The Drupal specialist will ensure a future-proof, user-friendly, and efficient digital environment that meets user needs and aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. NHL Stenden aims to establish a framework agreement with one supplier through this procurement process. The expected annual budget for this project is between €125,000 and €150,000, excluding VAT. No rights can be derived from this budget. The framework agreement has a maximum value of €2,000,000, excluding VAT and agreed indexation, including extension options and optional services. If this value is reached before the end of the contract term, the agreement will no longer be effective under European jurisprudence, and a new procurement process will be initiated.
