Medical Supplies Contract for Cardiology Clinic in Sofia

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies (pacemakers) for the Cardiology Clinic at the "Sveta Anna" University Hospital in Sofia. Deliveries will be made upon written request according to the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 12 months, with periodic deliveries based on the buyer's needs. The delivery time should be proposed by the participant in calendar days, but must not exceed 2 calendar days from the receipt of a written request from the buyer. The procedure includes 37 distinct lots. Bids can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Each participant must submit only one bid according to the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The offered medical devices and supplies must meet the parameters specified in the buyer's technical specifications. Each participant must include the following documents as an integral part of their technical proposal: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number, demonstrating compliance with the buyer's requirements outlined in the technical specifications. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of bid submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the participant the right to trade their products. If the letter is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
