This contract involves the renovation of the 'Mantelbebauung' (envelope building) of the Deutsches Schauspielhaus, which includes various facilities such as offices, archives, storage, technical rooms, and rehearsal stages. The main focus is on repairing the roof, which has leaks, and addressing the facade and window renovations. The work will be carried out in phases during scheduled breaks in performances, with potential for an extended break of up to a year. Coordination with existing technical planners and precise cost tracking are essential throughout the project. The planning services will be awarded in three stages, starting with the initial phases of groundwork and design, followed by approval and execution planning, and finally, supervision and documentation.
