Vertical Storage System Supply and Support Services

This public procurement contract involves the supply and implementation of a modern vertical storage system (Vertical Lift Module - VLM) designed for efficient, safe, and space-saving storage of goods within the operational premises of the contracting authority. The system will be used for storing and picking variable packaging, with a focus on high automation, user ergonomics, and full integration into the contracting authority's information system (WMS). The required solution must ensure easy handling of goods, quick access to stored items, and high accuracy in placing drawers. The system will include a control interface with localization options in Czech, Slovak, or English, safety features in accordance with current legislation, and necessary technical and operational documentation. The equipment must provide real-time operational data and be ready for operation in accordance with Industry 4.0 principles. The delivery will also include transportation, installation, commissioning of the equipment, operator training, provision of operational and service documentation, and support for integration with the contracting authority's WMS. All components must be new, unused, certified, and designed for long-term operation with minimal maintenance requirements.
