Supply and Implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS)

This public procurement contract involves the supply and implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) along with the provision of support services. The WMS is designed to manage the warehouse processes of the contracting authority, including all necessary implementation, integration, service, and development services required for its full deployment, operation, and further development. The WMS will support the operational management of material and goods flows in a custom manufacturing environment, focusing on accuracy, high traceability, and adaptability to process changes of the contracting authority. Key components of the contract include: a) Integration support with the ABRA Gen ERP system and production planning tool (APS), b) Modular coverage of key WMS functions, including management of storage locations, supported storage technologies (Pick-to-Light, vertical shelves, mobile terminals, etc.), batch tracking, expiration management, product packaging pairing, and packaging management, c) An open and fully documented API for real-time bidirectional data exchange and connection to existing and future systems of the contracting authority, d) A workflow tool for configuring and modifying warehouse processes, e) Data flow and operation auditing functions, including complete logging of key events in the system, f) Comprehensive project documentation, pre-implementation analysis, user training, and other related services.
