Communications and Security Services Partner for Palladian Academy Trust

Palladian Academy Trust, a multi-school education network serving 4-19 year olds across Bath and Wiltshire, is seeking a Communications and Security Services Partner. The Trust operates multiple schools with varying characteristics and serves diverse communities through both church and non-denominational institutions. Key Requirements: The successful supplier must provide comprehensive broadband and security services including: - Dedicated leased line broadband meeting DfE minimum standards for each school - Redundant auto-failover connectivity via diverse routes - Firewalled network security service - Content filtering and monitoring compliant with KCSIE standards - Proactive support and maintenance services under a single unified SLA - Complete installation and transition management - Ongoing monitoring, management, and reporting - Third-party vendor coordination and management - Value-added services Operational Model: The successful partner will work as an integrated extension of the Trust, collaborating directly with the Trust's existing ICT Managed Service Provider (Medhurst) to resolve technical issues and service requests. The supplier must commit to open, transparent, and timely communication with both the Trust and its support partners.
