Digital Accessibility and Cybersecurity Enhancement in Mielec

The contract involves enhancing digital accessibility and improving cybersecurity for the City of Mielec. The procurement is divided into three parts, allowing suppliers to submit bids for one or more parts. The awarded contracts will follow the templates outlined in Chapter II of the procurement documents. Suppliers may be awarded multiple parts. The three parts are: 1) Part I - Purchase and implementation of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network switches. 2) Part II - Development and implementation of a city portal to improve digital accessibility, including CMS licensing, installation, and compliance with W3C and WCAG 2.1 standards. 3) Part III - Software solutions and services, including the installation of sensors, server operating systems, e-services, and security management systems. Detailed descriptions of each part are provided in Chapters II and III of the procurement documents. The procurement will follow a reversed procedure, assessing bids before qualifying suppliers. Suppliers must demonstrate that any equivalent solutions meet the specified requirements. The procurement is open only to suppliers from countries that are parties to international agreements ensuring equal access to public procurement markets.
