Construction of Cultural Facilities in Mielec

This contract involves comprehensive construction work to enhance the Municipal Cultural Center in Mielec. Key tasks include: 1) Installing moisture insulation and renovating walls and ceilings throughout the building; 2) Removing and installing new ground floors; 3) Modifying internal and external walls to create new windows and doors; 4) Ensuring adequate restroom facilities, including accessible options; 5) Constructing an elevator shaft and installing a lift for accessibility; 6) Building roofs over terraces; 7) Providing thermal insulation for external walls and roofs; 8) Upgrading fire safety measures; 9) Renovating various rooms; 10) Overhauling sanitary and electrical installations; 11) Modifying sidewalks for accessibility; 12) Supplying and installing necessary equipment; 13) Obtaining occupancy permits on behalf of the buyer. The contract also allows for similar future construction work up to a value of 2,865,165.60 PLN. Suppliers from non-EU countries are not eligible to apply, except those from countries with reciprocal agreements with the EU.
