Irregular Public Transport Services

The public contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for awarding contracts for irregular and occasional bus transport services. This system will not be divided into categories. The individual contracts will involve providing irregular bus transport services for the needs of the public contracting authority, primarily focusing on domestic and international transport. Detailed specifications of the contracts, including their exact scope and additional information, will be provided in individual calls within the established dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The estimated value of the DPS is set at €400,000.00 excluding VAT. The duration of the DPS will be from its establishment until the estimated value is exhausted or until May 31, 2028, whichever occurs first. The goal of establishing the dynamic purchasing system is to allow the public contracting authority to flexibly award contracts according to its current needs in compliance with public procurement regulations. The specific scope of the contracts and detailed information will be included in individual calls sent to all qualified interested parties through the JOSEPHINE system. The public contracting authority will award specific contracts within the dynamic purchasing system in various scopes. If a specific contract is co-financed by European Union funds, the call for tenders will also include information about the conditions set by the funding provider.
