Irregular Public Transport Services

The public buyer is establishing a dynamic purchasing system to procure services for irregular and occasional bus transport. This system will not be divided into categories. The individual contracts will involve providing irregular bus transport services for the needs of the public buyer, primarily focusing on domestic and international transport. Detailed specifications of the contracts, including their exact scope and additional information, will be provided in individual calls within the established dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The estimated value of the DPS is set at €400,000.00 excluding VAT. The duration of the DPS will be from its establishment until the estimated value is exhausted or until May 31, 2028, whichever occurs first. The goal of establishing the dynamic purchasing system is to allow the public buyer to flexibly procure contracts in accordance with their current needs. The specific scope of the contracts and detailed specifications will be included in individual calls sent to all qualified interested parties through the JOSEPHINE system. The public buyer will issue specific contracts within the dynamic purchasing system in varying scopes. If a specific contract is co-financed by funds from the European Union, the call for tenders will also include information about the conditions set by the funding provider.
