Computer Equipment and Software Supply for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office

This contract involves the sale and delivery of computer equipment and software for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn. The procurement is divided into three parts: 1) Part I includes the delivery of computer equipment, specifically: a) 1 storage array, b) 4 servers, c) 1 SAN Fibre Channel switch. 2) Part II covers the delivery of system software, which includes: a) 1 operating system, b) 800 access licenses. 3) Part III involves the delivery of additional computer equipment, including: a) 1 RACK 19” cabinet, b) 50 LTO-8 tapes, c) 700 U2F security keys. Detailed descriptions of each part are provided in the attachments to the procurement specification. The products must be brand new, unused, complete, technically functional, and compliant with the specified requirements. Delivery will be at the contractor's expense and risk, during the buyer's working days, in factory packaging. The contractor must adhere to modern knowledge and applicable regulations, including safety and health standards.
