Construction Supervision and Consultancy Services for Energy Renovation in Pleven

The purpose of this open procedure is to select a contractor for consultancy services to prepare a report on the investment compliance of a technical project and to exercise construction supervision for the energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings in Pleven. This is part of the procedure "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of the Residential Building Stock - Phase I and Phase II". After preparing the investment project and coordinating it with the operational companies, a compliance report will be created, followed by the issuance of a building permit. During construction, construction supervision will ensure the quality of the work and materials used. The procurement will be funded through a grant from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) for specific positions. For position 7, there is currently no signed funding agreement for a multi-family residential building in Pleven, and the contract will be subject to conditions. For position 8, the contractor will also prepare a compliance report and supervise the energy renovation of a specific building approved for funding. The technical project will include various components such as architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, energy efficiency, fire safety, and waste management plans. The contractor will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and will be responsible for the quality of materials used.
