    This procurement procedure involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of a 'Mobile CBRN Laboratory' product. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 25 days before the offer submission deadline. Clarification requests regarding the procurement documentation must be submitted exclusively through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro) by accessing the 'Questions' section of the ongoing procurement procedure. Attention! To ensure equal treatment, interested economic operators must comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the submission of clarification requests and additional information for procurement documentation. Attached documents in the 'Questions' section must NOT contain identifying information, as they will become public upon the contracting authority's response. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is annual, depending on available funds.
