Road Construction and Bridge Works in Pruszcz Gdański

This contract involves the demolition of an existing bridge and the construction of a new bridge along with associated road infrastructure. The scope of work includes: - Demolition of the existing bridge structure. - Construction of a new bridge with a load capacity according to standards. - Demolition of an old, inactive bridge over the Radunia River. - Demolition and construction of stairs on Podmiejska and Obrońców Westerplatte streets, including the installation of an elevator. - Reconstruction of conflicting utility networks (gas, water, storm drainage, telecommunication, and electrical networks). - Construction of a technology channel. - Expansion of the road from the intersection with Dworcowa Street to the Żuławskie roundabout. - Reconstruction and construction of sidewalks and a pedestrian-bicycle path along the reconstructed road section. - Construction of a bus bay. - Reconstruction/construction of existing access points to the public road. - Road drainage. - Tree cutting (including stump removal) and planting (and maintenance). - Installation of traffic lights. - Installation of road lighting. - Supply and installation of small architectural elements. The contractor will develop, agree upon, and obtain approval for the Temporary Traffic Organization Project. The contracting authority will provide a concept for the Temporary Traffic Organization Project, which the contractor can use, subject to the conditions specified by the contracting authority. The contractor will cover the costs of maintaining temporary detours and any work on the railway area. The contractor will implement the Permanent Traffic Organization Project provided by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will sign an agreement with the railway company, while the contractor will sign a contract with the railway company to enable operations in the railway area, including all necessary costs in their offer. The contractor will carry out construction work according to the conditions attached to the proceedings.
