Architectural and Engineering Services for Road Construction

This contract involves the development of documentation for a technical, economic, and environmental study, including program concept elements and materials for an environmental decision regarding the construction of a regional road from the 'Miszewo' junction of the Tricity Metropolitan Bypass to Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport. The project aims to select the most advantageous route for regional road No. 472, connecting the Tricity Metropolitan Bypass with the airport. The documentation will consist of two parts: STEŚ I and II. In STEŚ I, a multi-criteria analysis of variants W3, W4, and W5 (approximately 5.9 to 8.8 km in length) will be conducted based on the 'Corridor Study for the new road connection from the planned 'Miszewo' junction to Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport.' In STEŚ II, a detailed concept for the most advantageous variant will be developed, including a Functional-Utility Program, feasibility study, and submission of an application for an environmental decision for the selected variant. The road may traverse suburban, forested, agricultural areas, river and lake valleys, wetlands, and various residential, service, and industrial developments, as well as cross public roads and railway lines (No. 201, 248, 253). Key elements of the contract include: • STEŚ STAGE I - Preliminary program concept, • STEŚ STAGE II - Program concept, Functional-Utility Program, Feasibility Study, and preparation of materials for the environmental decision, including an environmental impact report and submission of the application for its issuance.
