Server Infrastructure Expansion at POLATOM

This contract involves the delivery, installation, and training of staff for information technology equipment at the National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ) POLATOM Radioisotope Centre. The procurement is divided into two parts: Part 1 includes server devices, and Part 2 includes accessories for SAN network switches. The delivery timeline is as follows: • Within 1 month from the contract signing for equipment delivery to Location 1 (Parts 1 and 2). • For equipment delivery to Location 2 (Part 1), it should occur no later than 4 months from the contract signing and within 1 month of the order being sent to the supplier by the buyer. Suppliers may submit offers for any selected parts. To ensure compliance with the procurement requirements, suppliers must provide the model, symbol, and manufacturer name of the offered equipment in the pricing form. Failure to provide this information will result in the rejection of the supplier's offer. The delivery locations for the equipment are buildings located at NCBJ OR POLATOM, Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock. The exact locations will be provided to the selected supplier. The supplier will also organize and conduct training on the delivered equipment covering: • Administration • Technical support • Maintenance • Startup • Upgrade possibilities.
