Server Infrastructure Expansion at POLATOM

The contract involves the delivery, installation, and training of staff at the National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ) POLATOM Radioisotope Centre. Suppliers are required to provide IT equipment, including accessories and licenses, to ensure proper use of the equipment. The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1: Server devices, Part 2: Accessories for SAN network switches, Part 3: Software. Delivery timelines are as follows: • Within 1 month of contract signing for equipment delivery to Location 1. • For equipment delivery to Location 2, delivery must occur no later than 4 months after contract signing and within 1 month of the order being sent to the supplier by the buyer. Suppliers may submit offers for any parts they choose. Delivery locations are buildings at NCBJ OR POLATOM, located at ul. Sołtana 7, 05-400 Otwock. The exact locations will be provided to the selected supplier. The supplier will also organize and conduct training on the delivered equipment covering: • Administration • Technical support • Maintenance • Startup • Expansion possibilities. Detailed descriptions and requirements regarding technical parameters and other conditions for the execution of the order are included in the technical specification, which is Annex A to the SWZ (Technical Specification).
