Data Treatment Services for the PADP Project

This contract seeks to hire services for the creation, deployment, evolution, maintenance, and support of a dashboard of indicators for monitoring the Personalized Digital Care Plan (PADP) project, funded by the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR). The new dashboard must integrate with the existing management dashboard of the Riojan Health Service (SERIS) and be fully interoperable. Additionally, any new indicators identified as essential by the health service for the development of the SERIS dashboard will also be included in this contract. The integration will involve critical information systems identified by SERIS, including: Selene Hospital and Selene Primary Care, Laboratory Information System (Gestlab and DaVinci), Radiodiagnostic Information System (RIS) and PACS, Analytical Accounting System (Gescot), Human Resources Management System (Gesac), Hemodialysis Departmental System (Versia), and systems for measuring patient experience and evolution (RateNow and Phemium). The service will cover all of SERIS, and any operational information systems with records that provide data for creating necessary indicators to evaluate the PADP project or any other indicators deemed essential by SERIS are eligible for integration and reporting. This service is part of the PT4 Project of the Personalized Digital Care Plan, focusing on health impact and monitoring implementation: indicators for evaluating health impact, implementation, and service usage. The contract is funded by the European Union under the Next Generation EU initiative.
