Unified Genomic Data Platform Development in La Rioja

This contract involves the development and implementation of a unified platform for managing and processing genomic data in La Rioja, along with its integration into the SIGENES project platform of the Ministry of Health. The key components of the contract include: • Consulting on the design and configuration of the unified genomic data platform, tailored to the specific technological and functional environment of La Rioja. • Implementation and deployment of the platform, including a support plan throughout the process. • Integration of the contracted solution with the Ministry of Health's platform. • Ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for the platform until the contract's completion. • Technical and functional training for platform users. The new platform will integrate genomic data generated in both SERIS laboratories and the Biomedical Research Center of La Rioja (CIBIR). This contract is part of the national genomic information integration system and is funded by Next Generation EU through Component 18 of the PRTR, Investment 5, Subconcept 2 - SiGenES Project, under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain.
