Technical Inspections and Testing for Leak Tightness

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties while considering educational needs and economic principles. They manage over 400 schools and lease them to the Authority for School and Vocational Education (BSB). GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH, a municipal company, provides construction, operation, and management services for more than 50 school properties in southern Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg), as well as for university and municipal buildings. The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, through the Finance Authority and SBH | Schulbau Hamburg as the contracting authority, is awarding a framework contract for leak tightness testing according to DIN 1986-30 in general and vocational schools, as well as in university and municipal buildings.
