Electronic Signature System Procurement

The City of Helsinki is seeking a supplier to provide an electronic signature system for shared use by various departments, municipal enterprises, and agencies. This procurement includes the implementation project, integration services, and ongoing maintenance, expert, and development services, all delivered in the supplier's environment. The electronic signature system will be offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and must enable reliable and secure electronic signing of official documents, providing at least an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) level.
