Software Development and Consulting Services for Tax Procedures

The ITZBund is seeking external support for IT projects related to the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) and the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) in the development and operation of various specialized procedures. The ITZBund is required to adhere to the specifications provided by the stakeholders, who represent the technical requirements for these procedures. The BMF has tasked the ITZBund with the development and operation of the following specialized procedures: • Vehicle Tax (KraftSt) • Participant Master Data Service (BSDD) • Customs Portal • IAM-DE • Federal Insurance Tax (VERSBund) • Tax Platform (STPLF). The technical requirements for KraftSt, BSDD, Customs Portal, and IAM-DE are provided by the Customs Administration, while the requirements for VERSBund are provided by the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt). Services will be provided as needed, either as a service or a work performance, based on the client's request. This contract includes the specialized lot "Lot B - Vehicle Tax Procedures and Federal Insurance Tax Procedures" (out of a total of four specialized lots).
