Architectural Services for Building Rehabilitation in Fourmies

This contract involves architectural services for the rehabilitation of 48 collective housing units located on Rue Berthelot, La Madelon Residence in Fourmies, France. The project aims to improve the thermal performance of the buildings to achieve an average energy label rating of C. The scope of work includes basic mission tasks such as preliminary design studies, detailed design, project management assistance, compliance review, and final completion. Additionally, technical and energy diagnostics will be conducted as per the audit provided by PARTENORD.
