Bulgaria – Construction and Installation Works for the General Construction of Water Supply and Sewerage Systems – Engineering for the Project: Reconstruction of the Water Supply and Sewerage Network in the Krajmorie District, Burgas

Reconstruction and construction of the water supply and sewerage network in the Krajmorie district, Burgas. This is a second category construction project as defined by Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 2, Letter "b" of the Spatial Development Act. The scope of the public procurement includes: design and construction of a total length of 4098 meters of water supply network (excluding SVO), a total length of 11054 meters of sewerage network (excluding SKO), and the construction of 2 new pumping stations. A detailed description of the procurement subject is included in Section 2.1 of the Client's Requirements, which is an integral part of the Public Procurement Documentation, as follows: - Review and analysis of the existing project documentation for the planned activities, ensuring compliance with current Bulgarian design and construction standards, ZUT, and the subordinate regulatory acts for its application; - Preparation of an investment project in the Technical Project phase for the Object "Reconstruction and Construction of the Water Supply and Sewerage Network in the Krajmorie District, Burgas" in accordance with Regulation No. 4 of May 21, 2001, regarding the scope and content of investment projects, ZUT, and the subordinate regulatory acts for its application; - Coordination of the project with all control bodies, operating companies, and institutions according to the requirements of the regulatory framework; - Obtaining all necessary opinions and permits according to Bulgarian legislation; - Ensuring the assessment of the compliance of the investment project; - Obtaining a building permit and legally commencing construction; - Execution of construction and installation works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the completion of the construction, in accordance with regulatory requirements, the Client's requirements, drawings, and tables; - Conducting author supervision according to ZUT, technical solutions, modifications, and changes to the project, technological control, and assistance in putting the object into operation; - Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction, and providing data to the relevant geodesy, cartography, and cadastre service according to Article 54a, Paragraph 2 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; - Training of the Client's personnel, monitoring, and supporting the operation and maintenance of the Object; - Handover of the Object and its acceptance by the Client, with Act Sample 15 according to REGULATION No. 3 of July 31, 2003, for the preparation of acts and protocols during construction and Acceptance Certificate from the Engineer; - Testing after completion; - Putting the object into operation with Protocol Sample 16 REGULATION No. 3 of July 31, 2003, for the preparation of acts and protocols during construction (without the issuance of Sample 16 being included in the completion time); - Period for reporting and rectifying defects - monitoring processes, achieving project parameters, and assisting personnel in the operation and maintenance of the newly constructed elements of the Object; rectification of identified defects at the expense of the Contractor.
