Medical Equipment Procurement for Sibiu Emergency Hospital

This contract aims to supply and install medical equipment as part of the project to enhance the treatment capacity for critically ill cardiac patients at the Sibiu County Emergency Clinical Hospital. The estimated value of the contract is 3,344,280 lei excluding VAT, divided into several lots: Lot 1 - Cardiology Ultrasound valued at 1,035,000 lei; Lot 2 - Ventilation and Monitoring Equipment valued at 1,613,360 lei; Lot 3 - Intensive Care Beds and Stretchers valued at 213,970 lei; Lot 4 - Infusion Pumps valued at 438,750 lei; Lot 5 - Enteral Nutrition Pumps valued at 36,000 lei; Lot 6 - Filtered Water Sink valued at 7,200 lei. The procurement procedure is subject to a suspensive clause, meaning the contract's conclusion depends on the allocation of budget credits for this purpose. If budget commitments are not allocated within 12 months from the report's conclusion and the expiration of the contestation period, the procurement procedure will be annulled unless alternative funding is available. Bidders accept these special conditions and assume responsibility for any potential damages. The maximum duration of the suspensive clause is 12 months, and bidders must extend their offer validity upon request if the suspensive clause is applied. Clarification requests can be made up to 18 days before the offer submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests at least 12 days before the deadline.
