Road Construction Project in Romania

This contract involves the execution of road rehabilitation and modernization works on DJ 106E, covering two sections: Section 2 from km 18+240 to km 33+559.41 and Section 3 from km 33+559.41 to km 47+411.49. The project is divided into two lots: LOT 1 for Section 2 and LOT 2 for Section 3. The estimated value of the contract is 220,974,596.35 lei excluding VAT, with LOT 1 valued at 79,734,971.13 lei and LOT 2 at 141,239,625.22 lei, both excluding VAT. The duration for completing the works for each lot is 24 months from the issuance of the work commencement order. The contractor is responsible for providing the necessary land for the construction site. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests at least 12 days before the submission deadline, in accordance with public procurement law.
