Construction Services for Energy Museum Renovation in Dresden

DREWAG - Stadtwerke Dresden GmbH is seeking suppliers for the renovation and expansion of the existing Energy Museum located at the Kraftwerk Mitte site in Dresden. The renovation aims to enhance the building's function as a museum. The new construction will include office spaces, a foyer with an event room, sanitary facilities, and a core for access. A plaza will be created in front of the museum, along with an outdoor staircase connecting the existing and new buildings. The dimensions of the buildings are as follows: Existing building: approximately 28.00 m x 18.85 m; New building: approximately 18.05 m x 17.50 m (with a 3rd-floor overhang of 27.00 m). The project includes the following services: interior plastering work for the existing building, covering approximately 515 m² with a single-layer lime-cement plaster system, including spray coating and leveling of uneven surfaces, and approximately 200 m of window reveals with calcium silicate boards, smooth plaster finish, and plaster coating.
