DREWAG - Stadtwerke Dresden GmbH is planning an energy-efficient renovation and expansion of the existing Energy Museum located at the Kraftwerk Mitte site in Dresden. The renovation aims to enhance the building's value as a museum. The new construction will include office spaces, a foyer with an event room, sanitary facilities, and a core for access. In front of the museum, there will be a plaza and an outdoor staircase connecting the existing and new buildings. The dimensions of the buildings are as follows: Existing building: approximately 28.00 m x 18.85 m; New building: approximately 18.05 m x 17.50 m (with a 3rd-floor overhang of 27.00 m). Services required include categories 410 - 430 for heating, plumbing, and electrical installations.
