Community-Led Violence Reduction Programme for Young Londoners (MyEnds 3.0)

London's Violence Reduction Unit is commissioning organisations to deliver MyEnds 3.0, a community-led violence reduction programme running from April 2027 to March 2029. This is a recommissioning of the successful MyEnds programme, which uses a hyper-local approach to address violence in the most affected neighbourhoods across the capital. The programme empowers communities to deliver their own prevention measures, including support networks for parents and carers, after-school activities, youth work, mentoring, and targeted interventions for vulnerable young people. The VRU is seeking community-based organisations or consortiums led by a lead provider to deliver across 16 eligible London boroughs: Lambeth, Croydon, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Enfield, Haringey, Hackney, Lewisham, Islington, Camden, Brent, Hillingdon, Greenwich, Wandsworth, and Barking and Dagenham. Successful bidders must demonstrate: experience working with vulnerable young Londoners closest to violence; trauma-informed and youth-centred practice with safeguarding expertise; strong partnership working with statutory and voluntary agencies; proven track record in violence reduction initiatives; monitoring and evaluation capacity for both hard and soft outcomes; and cultural competence with diverse teams reflecting the communities served. Bidders will need to provide evidence of local need within their proposed delivery locations.
