According to the above categorization and for optimal management and utilization of these needs by the infrastructure department of KτΠ Μ.Α.Ε, this Framework Agreement is subdivided into the following sections: Section A: "Procurement of equipment and software licenses from Cisco, Dell, Veeam, VMware and provision of software and infrastructure support services" Section B: "Procurement of Microsoft software licenses and provision of software support services" The tendering process will be conducted by sections (Lots). It is clarified that offers (technical and financial) will be submitted per SECTION. Offers from a single economic entity can be submitted for only one section. The maximum number of SECTIONS that can be awarded to a bidder is one (1) section. The procurement of all items and services per section will be done by one Contractor. Submission of offers for part of the section is not allowed, only for the entirety of it. The duration of the framework agreement for both sections is set at forty-eight (48) months from the date of signing each contract per section. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, based on price. The completion of this tendering process will lead to the conclusion of a framework agreement with two (2) economic entities, provided there is a sufficient number of economic entities that meet the criteria of paragraph 2.2.6 of this document and submit acceptable offers. In case a smaller number of economic entities is selected, a framework agreement may be concluded with fewer economic entities. Executive contracts can be concluded until the completion of the duration of the framework agreement. The duration of the executive contracts may exceed the expiration time of the framework agreement.
